Our Workshops remain open for Servicing, MOT's and Repairs

When you arrive at our Porsche Centre you will be greeted by a colleague wearing PPE and observing social distancing. In line with Government guidelines, we ask that all customers wear either a face mask or face covering at all times when visiting our Centre (subject to exemptions).

When attending for a service, MOT or repair appointment, to ensure we provide a safe experience for all customers, we ask that you drop your vehicle with us and collect once all service and repairs are complete. There will be no facility to wait on-site for your vehicle as all waiting areas remain closed.

We ask that you turn off your air conditioning; it will be returned in the same way. In our workshops, every other work bay is utilised for the safety of our teams.

Exchanging documents and keys

All paperwork is placed in either a plastic envelope or box and is placed in a filing tray for you to pick up rather than being handed to you. You may choose to bring your own pen for any signatures required. The plastic envelopes, boxes and trays are all easy to wipe clean and are sanitised after use. You will be asked to place your car keys either in a plastic envelope or box and the same approach will be used when you collect your car.

Please feel free to contact us via telephone on 01223 964985 or email info@porschecambridge.co.uk should you have any questions or queries.
