Coronavirus - a message from our Centre Principal


With the coronavirus becoming increasingly prevalent across the world, we wanted to assure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is our main priority. 

We are adhering to all advice provided by the World Health Organisation, UK Government and NHS and will continue to do so, following developments daily.

Customers can expect to receive a warm welcome when they visit our Porsche Centre. However, we would like to advise anyone visiting that we are taking all proactive precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the virus and as such, you will be asked to clean your hands when you arrive.  

Furthermore, we continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our Centre and courtesy cars, which undergo regular and thorough deep cleaning.  You can be assured of the following:

  • Enhanced site cleaning every night
  • Daily sanitisation of the showroom and service areas
  • All door handles, handrails and heavily used areas sanitised throughout the day
  • Showroom cars locked unless being viewed and cars re-sanitised upon being locked
  • All demo cars are sanitised and re-sanitised after each test drive
  • Private appointment areas for anyone visiting our business

Our HR team is in constant contact with all colleagues and is monitoring staff activities daily and ensuring they fully understand requirements.  All colleagues have been briefed that if they have contact with anyone affected or experience any symptoms, they are to self-isolate for 14 days as per the government’s guidelines. 

If you would prefer not to visit our site, we have measures in place to ensure that we continue to provide the best levels of customer service to you.  Aside from our digital channels where you can view our latest models and offers, book a service or MOT, or just keep in touch on social platforms:

  • Our sales and service teams can Skype or video call through various platforms
  • We can provide valet pick up and drop off for service customers.

For customer’s self-isolating, please contact us to agree a process which helps to safeguard your wellbeing and our colleague’s

  • CiTnow video footage can be supplied for both new and used car stock
  • We can offer test drives and appointments at your preferred location.

It's also important that your car is well maintained and legally roadworthy to protect its warranty and comply with MOT requirements.
